बिना तालीम के इन्सान अधूरा- संजय गर्ग

उत्तर प्रदेश वाणिज्य कर अनुबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष एंव राज्यमंत्री संजय गर्ग मंगलवार को प्रदेश की अग्रणी सामाजिक संस्था स्मार्ट एजुकेशन एण्ड वैलफेयर एसोसिएशन 'सेवा' द्वारा संचालित निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र नमरा पब्लिक स्कूल के छात्र-छात्राओं से मिलने पंहुचें। उन्होने बच्चों को शिक्षा के महत्व के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और उनसे कई सवाल भी पूछे।

पुराना कलसिया रोड़ स्थित हसन कॉलोनी में सेवा निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र पर राज्यमंत्री संजय गर्ग ने पीएसएफ और सेवा के कार्यों की सराहना करते हुये कहा कि लगातार तीन वर्षों से बिना किसी सरकारी सहायता के गरीब बेसहारा बच्चों के जीवन मे जो ज्ञान का दीपक जलाने का काम सेवा और पीएसएफ ने किया वो काबिल ए तारीफ है। उन्होने कहा कि बिना तालीम के किसी भी इन्सान का जीवन अधूरा है। संजय गर्ग ने बच्चों को सरल भाषा में समझाते हुये बताया कि जिस तरह से गुब्बारे को आसमान में उड़ाने के लिये गैस की आवश्यकता होती है उसी तरह से जीवन में सफलता के लिये ज्ञान की ज़रुरत होती है।

श्री गर्ग ने कई आसान उदहारण देकर बच्चों को शिक्षा के प्रति जागरुक किया। उन्होने बच्चों के अभिभावकों से अपील करते हुये कहा कि सेवा के साथ मिलकर अपनों बच्चों तो शिक्षित बनाने का कम करें ताकि इन बच्चों का जीवन प्रकाशमय हो सके।
वरिष्ठ बसपा नेता एंव सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हाजी ताज मौहम्मद ने भी संस्था और बच्चों की हौंसला अफज़ाई करते हुये निशुल्क किताबे देने की बात कही।
इससे पूर्व संस्था की और से अध्यक्ष एम.तनवीर और निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र के प्रबन्धक एम.तबरेज़ ने माल्यार्पण कर मेहमानों का स्वागत किया। क्षेत्र के सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता कॉमरेड़ शरीफ और संस्था के सदस्य प्रवीण कुमार ने सभी लोगों का आभार जताया।

इस मौके पर निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र नमरा पब्लिक स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमती तरन्नुम जहां, बेबी नमरा, स्वंयसेवी विशाल कश्यप, राव साजिद, मसूद खान, मानवेन्द्र सिंह, जमशेद, नदीम, विनय कश्यप, शमीम, कुर्बान साजिद और इन्तज़ार अहमद आदि मौजूद रहे।

पीएसएफ और सेवा ने किया वृक्षारोपण

शिक्षा और स्वास्थ क्षेत्र में काम करने वाली पी.एस. फाउण्डेशन और अग्रणी सामाजिक संस्था स्मार्ट एजुकेशन एण्ड वैलफेयर एसोसिएशन ‘सेवा’ ने पर्यावरण दिवस के मौके पर शहर के एक पिछड़े इलाके में जाकर लोगों को जागरुक किया। संस्था के सदस्यों ने वहां वर्क्षा रोपण करने के साथ-साथ गरीब बेसहारा लोगों को पीएसएफ क्लॉथ बैंक की तरफ से कपड़े भी बांटे। पुलिस अधीक्षक आदित्य वर्मा ने संस्था के कार्यों की जमकर सराहना की।

      पुरानी कलसिया रोड़ स्थित हसन कॉलोनी के पीएसएफ एंव ‘सेवा’ निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में सहारनपुर के पुलिस अधीक्षक आदित्य वर्मा, दिल्ली के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार यूसुफ़ अंसारी, वरिष्ठ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता खालिद अनीस और पटना के से आये वरिष्ठ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अशोक यादव ने निशुल्क शिक्षा कार्यक्रम की सराहना की। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार यूसुफ़ अंसारी ने कहा कि आज के दौर मे शिक्षा के बिना इंसान समाज के साथ कदम से कदम मिला कर नही चल सकता। इसलिये हालात चाहे जो भी हों लेकिन बच्चों को शिक्षित करना हम सब की पहली ज़िम्मेदारी होनी चाहिये। उन्होने पीएसएफ और सेवा द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों को प्रेरणा दायक बताया।

      पुलिस अधीक्षक आदित्य वर्मा ने कहा कि ज़िन्दगी में हर इंसान संघर्ष के बाद ही सफलता हासिल करता है। उन्होनें कहा कि चाहे गरीबी हो या फिर संसाधनों की कमी इंसान को हार नही माननी चाहिये। शिक्षा हासिल करने के लिये किसी भी हालात में पढना चाहिये। उन्होनें कहा कि बिना किसी आर्थिक सहायता और स्वार्थ को जो कार्य पीएसएफ और ‘सेवा’ कर रही है वो और संस्थाओं के लिये भी एक सबक है।

      दिल्ली से आये सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता खालिद अनीस ने शिक्षा के अधिकार की पैरवी करते हुये कहा कि आज पीएसफ और ‘सेवा’ जैसी संस्थाऐं अगर बिना सरकारी मदद के इतना अच्छा काम कर सकती हैं तो जो गैर सरकारी संगठन इस काम के लिये सरकार से आर्थिक मदद ले रहे हैं उन्हे आगे आना चाहिये।

      पटना से आये वरिष्ठ समाजाजिक कार्यकर्ता अशोक यादव ने कहा कि पिछड़े इलाकों में शिक्षा की अलख जगाकर ही गरीब बेसहारा बच्चों का भविष्य उज्जवल बनाया जा सकता है। उन्होने कहा कि जिस तरह से पर्यावरण दिवस के मौके पर हम नये पौधों रोपण कर रहे हैं उसी तरह से शिक्षा का पौधा भी रोपित किया जाना चाहिये।

      इससे पहले परेवज़ सागर फाउण्डेशन ‘पीएसएफ’ और सेवा की तरफ से एम.तनवीर (मोनू) ने आये हुये सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत किया। इसके बाद हसन कॉलोनी के निवासियों की तरफ से कॉमरेड़ शरीफ अहमद और हाजी इस्लाम ने संस्था और आये हुये मेहमानों के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया। पर्यावरण दिवस के मौके इलाके में पीएसएफ और सेवा की तरफ से वृक्षारोपण किया गया। निशुल्क शिक्षा केन्द्र के प्रबन्धक तबरेज़ ने सभी बच्चों को पर्यावरण के विषय में जानकारी दी। साथ ही क्षेत्र की कई गरीब, बेसहारा महिलाओं को निशुल्क कपड़े भी वितरित किये गये।

निशुल्क शिक्षा पाने वाले बच्चों का परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित

उत्तर प्रदेश औऱ एनसीआर में शिक्षा की अलख जगाने वाली परवेज़ सागर फॉउण्डेशन और स्मार्ट एजुकेशन एण्ड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन ‘सेवा’ द्वारा सहारनपुर में निशुल्क संचालित नमरा पब्लिक स्कूल में आज परिक्षा परिणाम घोषित किये गये।

      सहारनपुर की हसन कॉलोनी में बिना किसी सरकारी मदद के 2009 से गरीब, बेसहारा और अनाथ बच्चों को शिक्षित करने के लिये चलाये जा रहे है नमरा पब्लिक स्कूल में 75 बच्चों को निशुल्क शिक्षा दी जा रही है। शिक्षा के इस मिशन को आगे बढाने के लिये परवेज़ सागर फॉउण्डेशन और स्मार्ट एजुकेशन एण्ड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन ‘सेवा’ लगातार प्रयासरत है। दोनों संस्था बिना किसी सरकारी आर्थिक मदद के समाज के उन बच्चों को शिक्षित बनाने का काम कर रही हैं जो समाज में उपेक्षा का शिकार हैं।

      परिक्षा परिणाम समारोह में आये थाना मण्डी के एसएसआई प्रहलाद सिंह ने कहा कि शिक्षा को मिशन बनाकर जो काम ये संस्था कर रही हैं वो प्रशंसा और प्रेरणा के योग्य हैं। उन्होनें लोगों से बच्चों की मदद के लिये आगे आने का आह्वान भी किया।

            समाजसेवी कॉमरेड़ शरीफ अहमद ने कहा कि इस क्षेत्र के बच्चों को परवेज़ सागर फॉउण्डेशन और स्मार्ट एजुकेशन एण्ड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन ‘सेवा’ ने जो मौका दिया है वो उन्हे साक्षर तो करेगा ही साथ ही जीवन में उन्हे आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा भी देगा।

      सेवा के संरक्षक एम.असगर ने अन्त मे बाहर से आये सभी मेहमानों का आभार जताया। इसस पूर्व पीएसएफ के इंचार्ज तनवीर सलमान ने दोनों संस्थाओं के बारे में मेहमानों को जानकारी दी। उन्होने बताया कि पीएसएफ एनसीआर में भी झुग्गियों मे रहने वाले बच्चों को साक्षर करने का काम कर रही है।

अन्त में अपने कक्षा स्तर पर प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय स्थान पाने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को स्मृति चिन्ह् और प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किये गये। इस दौरान स्कूल के प्रबन्धक एम. तबरेज़, स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमती तरन्नुम जहां, विजय सिंह, सलीम अहमद, राजकुमार, हाफिज़ इस्लाम, मास्टर शौकीन, अफज़ल, प्रवीण कुमार, फोटो पत्रकार एम. शौकीन एंव बृजमोहन आदि उपस्थित थे।

Pulse Polio Programme is a great step

Polio is one of the largest harmful disease which is not only in our country but also seen to be in foreign country people. The Pulse Polio is an incurable disease which if not stopped at the initial stages of vaccinations; it can affect the person to their life time. Handicap, permanently paralyzed and loosing control over the body parts are some of the results of this Pulse Polio. Hence, it is to be said, Polio is the major disease in our country which is not decreasing. For its cure and medicines several sorts of Pulse Polio Programme are also issued with it.

As above mentioned, Polio is the largest disease prevailing in the country; hence, promotion of it is also done on the international way. For this purpose numbers of Pulse Polio Programme, Pulse Polio plans and other Polio services have been conducted every year by the government of the country. To evade this serious problem of Pulse Polio, programs like “Do Boond Zindagi Kay” and “Polio Sunday” are the latest launched ones with the help of which our half of the promotion is done free of cost on the road and half is remaining. These are the Pulse Polio Programme and plans on which the hope of zero Polio children is to be given. With this day of Pulse Polio Sunday, everywhere in the country many camps and other promotion service centers are to be organized. Main motive behind these organizations of camps and other centers is to achieve the target for nil patients for the disease in all over the country. Various sorts of awareness Pulse Polio Programme with knowledge is provided in rural and remote areas on a huge level so that more and more knowledge is given in that region and motivation increases them to take their children on a huge scale to them.

Today, in many rural and undeveloped areas with such good efforts of government as well as public, the target is getting close step by step. With the help of only these Pulse Polio Programme and spreading awareness, more and more people are agreeing to let their children to have this medical check on a huge scale in the entire country.

PSF Distributed clothes to leprosy Affected Peoples

Parvez Sagar Foundation (PSF) today distributed clothes to several hundred destitute in various leper colonies near Saharanpur through its cloth bank. . Starting at the colony near small rail crossing on Saharanpur - Shahdara line where the volunteers gave away clothes to approx. one hundred leprosy affected people. Some old people got blankets too.

Saud Badr, SDO of BSNL commended PSF and offered support to them for undertaking such philanthropic activities. Mohd. Yunus of IICTC Computer Centre was all praise for PSF which runing a free school for the children of BPL families and hoped that other organizations would be inspired to take up similar projects for spreading the education.

Khalid Hasan, chief editor of News Line,  Rao Mehboob, and Comrade Sharif Ahmed actively supported the great cause. M.Tabrez, Principal of the PSF Namra Public school,  Mrs. Tarannum Jahan and officer in charge of PSF M.Tanveer thanked the all suporters who helped PSF in taking up this project successfully.

PSF Cloth Bank of  PS Foundation Organized a Cloth distribution programme at old Kalsiya Road, Saharanpur. All Volunteers Went to the Old Kalsiya road and distributed cloths to 125 local poor & needy residents there. More than 200,000 Indians Speak Out for the Right to Education

The first-ever digital awareness campaign, “Awaaz Do”, launched to raise awareness on the Right to Education (RTE), has generated an over-whelming response with more than 200,000 people joining the campaign in less than three months.

Prominent supporters include the Minister for Human Resource Development, Kapil Sibal, and Bollywood superstar and UNICEF National Ambassador, Priyanka Chopra, who have signed up for the campaign through its website www.awaazdo.in to support  the eight million children who are currently out-of-school.

India is home to a growing young, urban population that is mobilising to demand the goals set forth in the Right to Education Act, 2009 (RTE). The Act guarantees free and compulsory education for every Indian child, in the age group of six to fourteen years, regardless of caste, religion or background.

The media also has a significant role to play by keeping RTE firmly in the national spotlight. Using new technology and social networking, the campaign allows citizens to get actively involved and demand the right for children who are excluded and marginalised. As part of getting all children into school, the campaign encourages people to know more about RTE and also to take action in their communities by supporting schools in its implementation of the Act.
