Educational Development Programme at PSF Centre

Smart Education & Welfare Association® SEWA & Parvez Sagart Foundation, India organized a educational development programme for their students. Delhi’s know socialist Mr Anwar Ali & Prof. Surendra Nishchal gave many tips to students here in Saharanpur on Saturday and suggested the best ways to lead a good life at PSF Free Education Centre, Saharanpur.

            During his speech Mr Anwar Ali said that every student should dream about his/her future and he also emphasized the student must focus their target to achieve. He also said that the students should work hard to get more knowledge to fulfill the dreams of their parents too. He also appreciated the organizing committee of SEWA-PSF Free Education Centre for its courage and good efforts. He also assured a full cooperation to the SEWA & PSF.

            Senior Prof. Surendra Nishchal is known for his researches in various fields related to education. He is renowned social activist has worked for students belonging to weaker sections of society. He stressed the need of joint efforts between the ngo’s and government bodies should come forward to work together for the benefit of weaker section’s education affaires.

            Tourism Activist of Agra Sethg Eliyas Qureshi also visited centre and delivered few words to encourage the students of the centre.

In charge of SEWA & PSF free education centre Mr M. Tanveer gave thanks to all guests. On this occasion centre head Mrs Tarnnum, Manager M. Tabrez, Comrade Shareef Ahmad, M. Asif Khan, Baby Namra, Praveen Kumar, Salman, Asif, Nadeem, Vishal Kumar and Shahzadi etc were also present.

Happy International Women's Day

The new millennium has witnessed a significant change and attitudinal shift in both women's and society's thoughts about women's equality and emancipation. Many from a younger generation feel that 'all the battles have been won for women' while many feminists from the 1970's know only too well the longevity and ingrained complexity of patriarchy. With more women in the boardroom, greater equality in legislative rights, and an increased critical mass of women's visibility as impressive role models in every aspect of life, one could think that women have gained true equality. The unfortunate fact is that women are still not paid equally to that of their male counterparts, women still are not present in equal numbers in business or politics, and globally women's education, health and the violence against them is worse than that of men.

However, great improvements have been made. We do have female astronauts and prime ministers, school girls are welcomed into university, women can work and have a family, women have real choices. And so the tone and nature of IWD has, for the past few years, moved from being a reminder about the negatives to a celebration of the positives.

Annually on 8 March, thousands of events are held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate achievements. A global web of rich and diverse local activity connects women from all around the world ranging from political rallies, business conferences, government activities and networking events through to local women's craft markets, theatric performances, fashion parades and more.

Many global corporations have also started to more actively support IWD by running their own internal events and through supporting external ones. For example, on 8 March search engine and media giant Google some years even changes its logo on its global search pages. Year on year IWD is certainly increasing in status. The United States even designates the whole month of March as 'Women's History Month'.

So make a difference, think globally and act locally !! Make everyday International Women's Day. Do your bit to ensure that the future for girls is bright, equal, safe and rewarding.

Republic Day Celebration 2012 by SEWA & PSF

Smart Education & Welfare Association® SEWA and PARVEZ SAGAR FOUNDATION Celebrate The Republic Day with poor street children in Namra Public School at Hasan Colony. This school Providing free education to poor and needy street children of slum area without any government fund.

Comrade Mahaveer singh unfold the national flag on the SEWA building. On this occasion students act a play on the topic of Education. Students perform Dance & music programme also. SEWA & PSF distribute sweets, fruits & toffees to poor children.

In this patriotic event school manager Mr. Tabrez (Sonu), Principal Mrs Trannum, Comrade Shareef Ahmad, Hafiz Islaam, Praveen Kumar, Mrs Sonia, Mrs Munesh, Shamim, Vijay Pal Singh, Masroor khan, Chandrabhan Kashyap, M. Tanveer, Pankaj Kumar, Ramesh Kumar etc was present. At the end of programme secretary gave thanks to all guest.

Pulse Polio Programme is a great step

Polio is one of the largest harmful disease which is not only in our country but also seen to be in foreign country people. The Pulse Polio is an incurable disease which if not stopped at the initial stages of vaccinations; it can affect the person to their life time. Handicap, permanently paralyzed and loosing control over the body parts are some of the results of this Pulse Polio. Hence, it is to be said, Polio is the major disease in our country which is not decreasing. For its cure and medicines several sorts of Pulse Polio Programme are also issued with it.

As above mentioned, Polio is the largest disease prevailing in the country; hence, promotion of it is also done on the international way. For this purpose numbers of Pulse Polio Programme, Pulse Polio plans and other Polio services have been conducted every year by the government of the country. To evade this serious problem of Pulse Polio, programs like “Do Boond Zindagi Kay” and “Polio Sunday” are the latest launched ones with the help of which our half of the promotion is done free of cost on the road and half is remaining. These are the Pulse Polio Programme and plans on which the hope of zero Polio children is to be given. With this day of Pulse Polio Sunday, everywhere in the country many camps and other promotion service centers are to be organized. Main motive behind these organizations of camps and other centers is to achieve the target for nil patients for the disease in all over the country. Various sorts of awareness Pulse Polio Programme with knowledge is provided in rural and remote areas on a huge level so that more and more knowledge is given in that region and motivation increases them to take their children on a huge scale to them.

Today, in many rural and undeveloped areas with such good efforts of government as well as public, the target is getting close step by step. With the help of only these Pulse Polio Programme and spreading awareness, more and more people are agreeing to let their children to have this medical check on a huge scale in the entire country.

Cloths Distribution at Old Kalsiya Road

PSF Cloth Bank of  PS Foundation Organized a Cloth distribution programme at old Kalsiya Road, Saharanpur. All Volunteers Went to the Old Kalsiya road and distributed cloths to 125 local poor & needy residents there. In this programme PSF School manager M.Tabrez, Principal Mrs. Trannum, Foundation’s Officer In charge M.Tanveer gave thanks to all the guest. On this Occasion SDO BSNL Mr. Saood Badar, Director IICTC Mr. M.Yunus, Chief Editor of News Line Mr. Khalid Hasan, Kamred Shareef Ahmad, Praveen Kumar, Musharraf, V.P. Singh, Qurban, Anil Kumar, Murtaza, Ku. Razia, Shamim, Asif,Mangeram and Mahfooz was present.

This free school running by foundation from last two years in this area. PSF distributed sweets, fruits, toffees, & pinots to poor children and distribute the blanket to needy of slum area.
